Keysi Fighting Method
KFM was born on the streets and is of Spanish gypsy origin. It was founded by Justo Dieguez and co-founded by Andy Norman.
KFM is a Spanish Martial Art and is a way of expressing oneself through training and investigation.
There are principles, concepts, and a forever growing and developing study of survival of the modern day streets
At Rob Locks Academy we study and train kick, punch and trapping range, standing grappling, takedowns, ground fighting and hand held weapons.
Further… We train multiple fight scenarios, night club scenarios, and outdoor scenarios.
Due to the nature of the Keysi Fighting Method training safety during classes is of paramount importance in the Academy.
KFM has a structured graduation process…
1st year.. White, Yellow and Orange belt
2nd year.. Green, Blue and Brown belt
3rd year.. Black belt
4th year.. Black belt and beyond to 10th level
