Muay Thai Boxing
Muay Thai Boxing is recognised by many as one of the most effective combat systems in the world. Thai Boxing is well over a thousand years old and has still today retained the values of discipline and courage practised on the battlefields throughout the history of Thailand.
Thai Boxing is often referred to as the science of eight limbs, hence we practice all strikes – Punches, Kicks, Knees and Elbows.
Controlled Sparring for the beginner progressing more to freestyle for the advanced student is the structure at the Academy.
Since the techniques taught are very effective, all classes are structured and a code of safety in the sessions is strictly adhered to.

Muay Thai Boxing can be practised by Men, Women and Children as a realistic fighting sport and also as a fantastic way to keep fit.
